Lovely friendly staff. Excellent job and they delivered my car back cleaned and shiny after just two days. Fantastic service. Thankyou to all who fixed up my Meriva. X

Corsa rear ended in car park. Fortunately wife was in car at the time otherwise the offender would have scarpered. Firstly accepted liability than said both cars were moving. Then offered to pay when CCTV evidence showed the lie. By then we had made claim on Privilege insurance. DLG at Middlewich collected and returned car on breakdown truck (I refused to let them drive it...45 miles each way). Repaired within a week, insurers arranged rental car whilst away. Corsa returned better than before. Perfect paint match on silver colour (notoriously difficult to match). Kept in touch with progress reports. They also valeted. cleaned and polished to high standard. Fourteen year old motor better than before. Perfect.

Took my mother's nissan micra in door skin and wing replaced great job she is really pleased excellent service.

Couldnt have been more helpful, Car collected and returned when convenient to me, work carried out to high spec

What an absolute joke this place is...... please stay away.. they cant even come up with a valid explanation as to why their work is so bad. I have never seen workmanship so poor. Please do not take your car here - there are far more reputable repair garages that will look after you and take pride in the work they do for you - these do none of the above After having an accident during the few weeks of snow in early March, my pride and joy was taken to these for repair. Initially I was impressed with the 1 week turnaround only to be left stunned when I pulled up at home to take delivery of my car to see the delivery driver trying to screw my number plate back on with a pocket knife. Upon further inspection of my car, I cannot comprehend how bad the work was... paint didn't match, bonnet wouldn't shut, the wheel that had been refurbished didn't match my other wheels, bonnet didn't line up, the list goes on. To top it all they covered my engine bay in wax oil without letting it set... I am not talking about a 1000 car either - this was my 20k BMW.. I refused to accept the work that was done and it was loaded back onto the delivery truck and sent back. A few days later the shop floor manager rang to confirm they had fitted non genuine parts to my car and refused to replace them with genuine BMW parts. No apology was given for the state of the work that had been done and couldn't answer why such shocking work was passed through their quality checks. After weeks of arguing with Direct line an external engineer was sent to inspect my car - even he could not believe how poor the work was and instructed them to replace the necessary parts, clean my engine bay and re paint the necessary parts. It has taken 6 weeks in total to finally get my car back, and still no apology. I come from a manufacturing background so I understand first hand how important customers are. Upon collection of my car I asked the shop floor manager if my car had been road tested, to which he replied no. Yet the paperwork that I have received states it has. My car is my pride and joy and I have worked damn hard to buy it. I advise anybody looking to take their car here to stay away. The shop floor manager has not got a clue what he's doing. Having walked through the facility to inspect my car I couldn't be more disgusted with the condition of the factory - no 5s standards, no organisation - and there were some very expensive cars being repaired at the time. This has been a nightmare from start to finish - this garage does not deserve to be working on cars - I hope senior management at both DLG Middlewich and Direct Line are reading this - I have never seen workmanship and customer service be so bad - irrespective of whether or not my car finally came back in the correct condition. For those of you who may think I am exaggerating slightly, I have all the photos to back up my review of this place. Please stay away
