Had some painted furniture for my bedroom it looks amazing very solid compared to some we looked at prior to going here. The couple who own it are lovely to deal with and i have also since had a sofa which again i received great friendly service thanks again
Again fabulous service from these guys. My furniture looks stunning and their two fabulous delivery guys even re connected my TV wires to save me waiting until tomorrow for my son to do it. Would highly recommend anyone visit here before purchasing furniture or a sofa
MR BROWN unfortunately you have the INCORRECT COMPANY. You did not make a purchase with us here at The Oak Furniture Warehouse, I have tried to respond to your review directly but it shows you can not receive my reply. You have received as you say terrible customer service that would 100% not have happened with us. We are a small family business that goes out of its way to make our customers happy, one of those important services is we use our own delivery staff we never use a carrier or expect a customer to arrange delivery with anyone except myself or my husband.
Very disappointed with the service offered by this company. I have ordered and bought, what I consider to be an expensive piece of furniture "from stock". Now some 4 weeks later, I am chasing up my order only to be told, "this is the telephone number of the shippers, you can ring them yourself", when I explained about that not being very good service, I was told "my tone of voice is not very helpful". I don't consider that very good service, I gave them an order for a stock item that, too be honest, I expected to be delivered within a week. To now be told I have to expedite my own order with the carrier, I find poor at best. To rub salt into my wounds, the shipper they use only delivers when he is in my area, "could be up to 10 working days".Oak furniture warehouse will not be getting my orders for planned further additions to my purchase, thankfully I bought a brand name which I can buy elsewhere, that is exactly what I will be doing.
