My partner has recently rented a property through Reeds Rains (Middlewich Branch) and they were extremely helpful from start to finish! Dan, in particular was brilliant with us, nothing was too much trouble for him and he mananged to turn the move in around within a week...we had a welcome call the day after he moved in, to check we were settled and had everything we needed. We have just sold our house with Reeds Rains at Middlewich and the service was exceptional.Regular contact is a rare occurrence with most estate agents but not with them and they supported us through the whole process.We must say over the last few years we have bought a property through them and used them to find a tenant for a property and in all aspects they have been excellent.Highly recommended.

Recently enquired about a property with this branch.Upon further investigation it wasn't what I was looking for. However the dealings I had with the employees were very satisfactory. A well presented team and office.All questions answered, and I will be hoping to use again in the near future.
Good at getting you into a property but when you try to leave its a whole other thing. The manager came round to the house and because my partner wasnt there felt it was appropriate to belittle and patronise me. Wouldnt use reeds rains again. Left the property better than the condition we were given it in and then they wanted 600 for issues that the house initially had and reeds rains didnt try to help us at all. Just a business based on getting money, nearly 500 for total administration and leaving fees.Note to reeds rains: we have merged our names together for privacy.
