Very friendly and helpful service, have been taking care of our dog for a few years now and we have no complaints at all
Not going into detail, felt my dogs recent care was more about money. His health problem could have killed him, luckily he had surgery and is doing well, thanks to the Hartford branch. Don't get me wrong reception staff bent over backwards great bunch of ladies, just a bit disapointed in vet, as illness was left far to long, without going to the next stage of investigation.
Absolutely outstanding vets, so helpful personable and willing to help. I would recommend this vets to anyone, we have dealt with Angela and she is fantastic and the wonderful nurses too
