Nice warm and clean room. The shower was a bit hit and miss. But will hopefully stay there again. Maybe next year.
Our overnight stopover after a long day travelling the length and breadth of the UK. Make for a pleasant stay, good breakfast and great little bar. Was surprised to see that the accommodation was spread over two streets adjacent to the bar. Im not complaining in the slightest, it was good. The walk is only seconds from the bar. You also have Lidl and Morrisons directly across the road to the front and back and ideal transport links. Ive gone by the hotel a few times since staying there even though I live in Scotland and I can see it being another stopover there in the next few weeks. Many thanks to the staff for being so welcoming.
Accomodation was in a house opposite the pub, excellent value. Room clean and tidy.Would have no hesitation using again if in the area. Burger van in the car park of the pub was open early morning and offered great food for the start of the day.
