Quite old fashioned and noisey from a buzy nearby road.if you have an option to stay in another local hotel I would recommend you do that .
Nice room with comfy bed, and friendly staff. 40 for the night, which included a breakfast box, so great value too.

Travelodges are much the same of course. This place is nice and clean, quirky unmanned reception it seems with a handy 'find me' button. In reality staff are working in the back of the reception area. Our room was spacious and airy. Lovely shower. Comfy bed and pillows. Located off a main road and next to a fuel station & Starbucks. You feel the odd rumble when an HGV is near but not enough to disturb your sleep. Good value accommodation.
Clean, comfy, close to M6. Travellodge is just over a mile from the motorway, situated in spectacular countryside, and has amenities such as Starbucks, Subway, Harvester and a petrol station right on the doorstep.The village of Holmes Chapel is just the other side of the motorway; it's very pretty and has plenty of pubs and a few small shops.
